TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please be respectful to the instructor and students by being on time for class. Arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time. Preregistration is mandatory. Once the door is locked … unfortunately you might not get in. 

A Waiver is required before you start your first class.

Consult your doctor before you engage in any physical activity.

You must be at least 18 years of age to sign up for classes and/or participate in any program. This facility is reserved for those 18 and over. Children are not allowed on the premises while activities are  in session. 2D Pole & Fit is a fitness boutique for adults to relax and drift away from day to day duties moreover concentrate on their fitness and health goals.

Bullying and Disrespect is not tolerated.

2D POLE & FIT has the right to refuse service to individuals that cause harm to students and instructors.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds, Credits or Adjustments are given.

CANCELLATION/LATE CHARGE POLICY 

Do not send me a text message, email or the social media messaging to cancel class. In most cases, I will not see your message as I am preparing to teach class.  Please use the mobile app accordingly. 

Prescheduled Classes

Effective, 11/06/2022, the early cancellation is up to 12 hours before the class and/or appointment start time.

Effective 11/06/2022, an automated $5.00 class late cancellation fee will be charged to your account whenever this happens.

Effective 11/06/2022, a $10.00 NO SHOW FEE will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

In both cases. you will also forfeit the original class purchase.

This fee will not apply if you shall early cancel your registration. The fee will also not apply if you are added to the waitlist at the last minute! 
 
Keep in mind that no shows will forfeit your ability to use the class in the future. Early cancellations will allow the class to remain on your account for 30 days.

 

If you have not done so already, please download the new mobile app. This will make it easy for you to cancel class if you can not make it. In addition, your cancellation will allow a waitlisted person to join class

Prescheduled Appointments

Effective 07/06/2020, the late/no show fee is the cost of the prescheduled individual appointment as I have prepped and prepared to have fun with you! Unfortunately a new registration and payment will have to take place from scratch.

This fee will not apply if you shall early cancel your registration. Keep in mind that no shows and late cancellations will forfeit your ability to use this appointment in the future. Early cancellations will allow your appointment to remain on your account for 30 days unless special arrangements had been made. If you have not done so already, please download the new mobile app. This will make it easy for you to cancel if you can not make it.

In the event that class is cancelled due to inclement weather or the instructor becomes incapacitated, you will be notified by phone and/or email and credited for that class.

All sales are final. No refunds or adjustments are given. 
 

Diamond Memberships

To cancel a Membership, submit a 30-day email notice that includes the effective date of cancellation must be provided prior to the next billing date. Text messages or Social Media Messaging will not be considered.

If notice is given and it is less than 30 days to next billing, you will go through one more billing cycle and then your membership will terminate in our system.

Please take note of the contract for additional specific information. 

Automatic Payments

It is mandatory to have a valid credit card on file. Your input represents your agreement to all terms. Your credit card input represents your understanding and agreement of all automatic payments, deductions, fee payments, balances due, terms and class payments to take place with the credit card that you keyed in. Invalid cards will result in non payment fees. Invalid cards have 7 days from the nonpayment date to be updated. A $35 fee will be charged on the 7th day and every 7 days thereafter until rectified. This includes unpaid late cancellation and no show fees, monthly membership dues, product purchases and account balances.
